ROLE:
This position will be a key member of the plating and portioning team for all prepared meals. In addition, this individual will assist with prep projects in the kitchen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and assist with the daily plating and packaging of all prepared meals
Assist the kitchen as necessary with prep projects
Serve as the last point of contact for the food and ensure that quality standards are being upheld
Maintain the highest standards for food safety and cleanliness
Participate in daily cleaning projects
Be a participant in an active and well-organized production kitchen
Positively contribute to the work environment and make every effort to improve each day
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 year working in high-volume food production
Availability Saturday-Tuesday, 7am-4pm
Able to stand and work with your hands for 8 hours at a time
Strong focus and organizational skills
Posses a team oriented-approach to problem solving
Posses a strong sense of urgency
Show a willingness to learn from others
Spanish fluency and basic knife skills is a plus
