- Bachelors Degree and 4 years product management experience, OR 8 years Information Technology, including 4 years product management experience.
- Experience in application development platforms and/or programming languages.
- Experience in integration patterns (Real time, API’s, Mulesoft, Batch, Secure File Transfers).
- Experience in healthcare data standards (HL7)
- Experience in iterative, agile and/or scrum development.
- Experience in knowledge of product-specific solution architecture.
- Experience with product road-mapping, product health metrics, driving product process improvements
- Ability to tie together solutions across systems.
- Heathcare management domain knowledge.
- Project management good to have.
- Ability to partner with scrum master and drive scrum team delivery.
- Ability to coordinate tightly with external product vendor(s), consultants and contractors to drive results.
- Ability to perform product cost estimation, forecasting and financial tracking of product funding.
- Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions for product backlog
