Personal assistant needed for 31-year-old male with spinal cord injury. Male open to anyone with RELIABILITY, flexibility, and the ability to follow Direction. I need someone that can work quickly and have the ability to multitask. Must be able to pass background check. Must be able to use a computer. Must have valid drivers license. Must have eligibility to work in the United States.
Responsibilities: All ADL's including Showering, grooming, bowel program, dressing, cooking, some driving, cleaning.
Physical Requirements: You must be able to transfer someone who weighs approximately 150 pounds dead weight from wheelchair to bed, bed to wheelchair etc. I cannot bear weight or stand!
This position requires you to stay at my house overnight as I am unable to be alone. Live-In
Compensation: $175-200 per day total. ($135 from State of Illinois + Cash), Health insurance after three months with no premium/no deductible/no co-pay!
