- Lead dynamically and energize work teams to respond to business needs at a large healthcare organization

- 1 healthcare program manager is needed for Collective Health for new scope for 2022. This resource would lead multiple enhancement workstreams.
- 2 digital program managers are needed for Digital Transformation Need to have solid scaled agile experience and track record in digital transformation (for example, experience such as implementation of Multi-channel delivery (Conversation AI, Mobile First, Web and New Product Development) and/or experience in moving applications and infrastructure to the cloud, containerization, MuleSoft, DR readiness and planning.
- 10 yrs+ managing projects, 5 years managing large programs
- In-depth knowledge of Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting
- Experience in program management life cycle and portfolio management
- Experience in both operational and program budgets
- Ability to recover any type of program
- Experience engaging with stakeholders across all levels and building customer relationships
- Handled project interdependencies and providing quick business decisions for program based on the consideration of other projects
- Strong verbal and written communication to tailor for specific audience
- Experience implementing action plans to allocate resources in program
- Experience in negotiation, influencing others and managing conflict
- Experience working for large health care insurance companies is preferred but not required
