Small Chicago Loop personal injury law firm is seeking a sharp, self-motivated attorney to work on all aspects of personal injury and federal civil right lawsuits from start to finish.
As an Associate Attorney, you will interact with clients as you help them seek compensation for their injuries, collaborating with our senior partner to guide each case through every stage of the legal process, from intake/investigation, discovery, apperances in court, through settlement and or trial. Duties include court appearances, drafting motions, complaints, court appearances, discovery and some phone contact with adjusters, defense lawyers and clients.
THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. NO PERSONAL INJURY LAW EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, no prior attorney or clerking experience in personal injury required, the attorneys at the law office will train the candidates.
