Job Description:
Assist in the representation of clients to recover financial losses and seek damages caused by fraud or misconduct by an entity.
The preferred candidate is highly capable of document review at scale and possesses the ability to conduct diligent multi-day long depositions on expert witnesses and individuals relevant to the fraud or misconduct.
Bonuses are awarded for each case handled; contingent upon achieving a favorable outcome, plus salary.
