Are you a brand-new lawyer who actually wants to practice law, not just push paper?

Small Tax / Debt / Bankruptcy practice is looking for a newly admitted attorney who wants:

Part-time work now, and

To learn how to eventually build and run their own practice.

This is an ideal role if you’re entrepreneurial, not afraid of the IRS, and want real client experience instead of being buried in a back office.

About the Work

You’ll get hands-on experience with:

Tax resolution (IRS & state)

Consumer debt defense and negotiation

Chapter 7 / Chapter 13 /Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters

Client consultations and intake

Drafting petitions, motions, and correspondence

Legal research & writing

Occasional court appearances (as appropriate)

You’ll be working directly with an experienced attorney, not lost in a big-firm hierarchy.

What We’re Looking For

Newly admitted attorney (or awaiting bar results with strong interest in these areas)

Strong interest in Tax, Debt, and Bankruptcy

Professional, empathetic, and comfortable talking to stressed-out clients

Solid writing and research skills

Entrepreneurial mindset – you’d like to build your own book or solo practice over time

Availability for part-time hours (flexible schedule; some remote work may be possible)
