Our creative production studio has a part-time production assistant position available in our Arlington Heights, IL office. We seek a flexible, highly self-motivated individual that is willing to start right away.
Do you want to work in a fun, flexible and creative environment? This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to acquaint themselves with the demands of a production environment. This is primarily a production role- not a design role.
This part-time role is intended for long-term employment with at will status.
Part-time shifts are Monday through Friday. We are looking for someone available to work 15-30 hours a week.
DAILY DUTIES
Assess orders and make product to fulfill orders in timely manner
Apply ceramic decals to porcelain items
Load and unload items to and from firing kiln
Operate kiln with care and precision
Operate sublimation press with care and precision
Stock inventory shelves
Quality control of products
Track production through inventory system
Assemble Orders
OCCASIONAL DUTIES
Clean kiln & workspace
Take Inventory of products and supplies
REQUIREMENTS
Able to lift 40+ pounds frequently
Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean work space
Exceptional verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail with an eye for design
Provide own transportation
Works well individually as well as in a team environment
Ability to work 15-30 hrs in Arlington Heights, IL
