We are a alternative high school offering innovative career programming for students. The position is to directly manage our YouthBuild program. YouthBuild is a pre-apprenticeship construction program funded through the Department of Labor. The program manager will oversee all aspects of CYDI YouthBuild service delivery, including academics, construction training, leadership development, case management, and follow up. Program manager will lead and develop a diverse team of youth service professionals and be the logistical hub for day-to-day operations of the CYDI YouthBuild program. The manager will create systems and procedures that meet contract requirements while best serving the program and its people. The manager must work collaboratively with all CYDI departments to ensure YouthBuild program is aligned with CYDI's mission and values and youth able to effectively navigate through program services. The manager will work closely with YouthBuild staff to assure contract outcomes and compliance and provide financial oversight, including forecasting and monitoring budgets for rate of expenditure. The program manager will engage youth in providing feedback, guidance and input on program planning and execution and maintain relationship with Department of Labor Federal Program Officer and other funders, via regular communication, required monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, and site visits. Program manager will compile and analyze data; compare reports and identify areas of improvement; enter participant information into files and databases as necessary and appropriate. Manager will participate in grant design and program innovation. Ideal candidate will develop and sustain community partnerships in service of program objectives, including employers, unions, and educational institutions.

WIOA experience is a plus.
