Are you a detail-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused individual looking for a unique overnight role in a private club setting? We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Hotel Desk Clerk to join our team. In this position, you will oversee nightly operations including end-of-day billing, inventory management, and building security sweeps to ensure a safe and smooth overnight experience for our members and guests.
This is a full-time overnight position, requiring weekend and holiday availability.
Key Responsibilities:
End-of-Day Billing: Process all guest charges accurately, reconcile accounts, and complete daily reports.
Inventory Management: Conduct nightly checks on hotel supplies and amenities, and report restocking needs.
Building Security Sweeps: Perform scheduled security rounds to ensure all areas are secure and safe overnight.
Guest Assistance: Provide exceptional service to members and guests, addressing requests and resolving issues promptly.
Communication: Document shift activities, security findings, and any incidents for management review.
Maintain Club Standards: Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and secure throughout the night.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Knowledge of the Northstar hotel management system a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with basic security procedures and emergency protocols.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
