We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented janitorial contractor to service multiple residential and commercial properties.
This is a part-time role averaging 10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options.
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel between properties (majority in South Suburbs & South Side)
- Experience with basic cleaning tasks:
sweeping, mopping, interior & exterior areas, landscaping, trash removal, surface disinfecting
- Contractor status (1099) – background check required
- Must read, speak and write in English
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. (e.g., cleaning supplies, trash bags)
- Comfortable working in varied environments (residential units, stairwells, common areas)
- May involve climbing stairs and working in tight or low-clearance spaces
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and efficiency.
