Digital Product Analytics Product Manager Description
  • We are looking for a Digital Product Analytics Product Manager, who will support the Product Management Team. In this role, you will work with digital product, engineering, and marketing functions to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and design automated reporting solutions, measurement plans and multivariate tests to drive insights and intelligence back into the product design & build process. Responsibilities
  • · Drive the digital analytics product vision, strategy, and execution for one of Programs (e.g., Loyalty, Pharmacy, Omni-Channel Retail, Marketing)
  • · Lead Analytics Tagging implementation efforts that provide business value, facilitates optimization insights, and streamlines third party marketing tagging implementation across our digital touch points.
  • · Working across multiple agile teams and with their respective product owners, own the product life cycle and roadmap for digital analytics, and prioritize features by ranking them against the strategic goals and initiatives with clear requirements for each feature and designed user experience.
  • · Work closely with engineering, marketing, reporting analysts, and user experience to define requirements and use cases. Ensure analytics tagging implementation is compliant with Privacy Regulations (e.g., CCPA)
  • · Be a trusted partner to the Product Management & stakeholder teams, and help and advise them on all the data and reporting requirements.
  • · Evangelize the value of analytics data across the team and train product managers on the processes to track their web/ mobile app properties and gain analytics insights.
  • Required Skills
  • · 5+ years of experience in a combination of product management, strategy, consulting, product analytics, data-science or an equivalent field.
  • · B.S. or M.S. in Technology (computer science, computer engineering, applied math, statistics, engineering or other quantitative field) or equivalent work experience in a digital environment.
  • · 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Analytics (comparable experience in Google Analytics will be considered)
  • · 3+ years of experience implementing/ configuring/ customizing tags with key features
  • · Experience implementing tagging in using a tag manager (e.g., Launch, DTM, Tellium)
  • · Experience configuring and enhancing the digital data object (data layer)
  • · Proven experience product managing an analytics or data platform, preferably Adobe Launch.
  • · Proven experience working directly with digital product leadership in an agile environment.
  • · Expert communicator in written and verbal form; ability to work well with product managers, technologists and peers, and ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • · Strategic problem solver who simplifies problems to their core elements and finds creative solutions.
  • · Get-it-done mindset with a strong bias towards action.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • · E-commerce domain and knowledge and experience
  • · Healthcare domain and knowledge experience
  • · JavaScript familiarity/ proficiency
  • · In-depth knowledge of all components of Adobe Analytics platform implementation including tags, plug-ins, campaigns, server call types, cookies, site catalyst variables (props, eVars, events), universal tags, Data Connectors, SAINT classifications, calculated metrics, Link Tracking etc.
