- The opportunity is for the Financial Systems department in our Corporate Systems organization. We're a global Financial Systems organization responsible for supporting APAC, Africa, India, UK, Latin America and North America. We're focused on delivering cost effective high quality solutions that improve the efficiency of our financial organization.
- This role will be responsible for the functional and technical support, maintenance and system administration of the following applications: PeopleSoft Finance, Coupa, and Kyriba. PeopleSoft Finance modules being supported include Record to Report (General Ledger, Asset Management, Project Costing), Procure to Pay (Purchasing and Accounts Payable) and Order to Cash (Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable).
- Driven, self-managing individual with excellent communication skills that are used to translate complex technical challenges into business terms
- Experience with Finance and Accounting job duties with a desire to join the system finance team. Ideal candidates will be driven to learn the system side of the financial process and become a person who can configure and support the Finance user community from a system standpoint.
- Develop, document and execute financial systems process and procedures
- Expert user of Financial ERP Systems (i.e. PeopleSoft, Coupa, Kyriba)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems Management or equivalent experience
- Ability to create and maintain Queries/Reports and to analyze the data
- Desire to learn configuration and processes for SaaS applications
- Experience with writing SQLs and working with Oracle Databases
- Support global Finance user community with regard to functional processing questions such as system navigation, batch processing, queries, table and data maintenance, etc.
- Troubleshooting skills - Analyzing problem scenarios and determining the root cause of issues
- Collaborate with IT and Finance to define, develop, and deliver solutions to business partners
- Create procedure documentation, instructions, manuals, etc.
