- Minimum of 7 years of supporting DevOps practices
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an Agile Release Train, preferably providing product owner support
- Knowledge/Exposure to GitOps practices
- Minimum of 5 years of continuous public cloud infrastructure deployment experience (AWS or Azure)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Advanced experience with Python, AWS SDKs, Boto3
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working with BitBucket, Jenkins Pipelines, or relevant technologies
- Expert-level knowledge of key Cloud Networking infrastructure components (TGW, Direct Connect, ELB, Route 53, Security Groups, etc)
- Intermediate-level experience working developing on-prem Network infrastructure automation
- Intermediate-level experience working with OpenStack, Docker and Kubernetes
- Intermediate-level experience with open source operating systems (Linux)
- Minimum of 2 years in a team-lead or supervisory role
- Excellent leadership, communication, team-building and organization skills.
- Intermediate-level experience with key Security SaaS offerings such as CloudFlare or equivalent technology
- Knowledge of security architectures including CASB and SASE
- Define the Network Architectures that will enable our business to thrive
- Leverage IaC best practices to deploy, operate, and scale critical infrastructure
- Develop IaC, build pipelines, and deploy infrastructure following best practices and defined standards
- Work side-by-side with great people in a highly collaborative environment
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team in all aspects of DevOps
- Collaborate with other teams in the development of a seamless Network automation framework
- Work closely with the management team and Agile coaches to transform requirements into tangible deliverables
- Guide and coach the team towards embracing and applying DevOps and GitOps practices
