Apex Systems is looking for Senior to Manager level consultants to work for a Strategy Practice within a Big 4 Accounting firm. This role is fully remote and they are looking to hire quickly. In this role you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
  • Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.
  • Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.

Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 4 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Master of Business Administration Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success either in professional consulting services or corporate roles, in one of the following industries:
  • Financial Services (Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, Asset & Wealth Management);
  • Health Services (Payer, Provider and Digital Health);
  • Pharma Life Sciences (Pharmaceuticals and Medical Technology/Devices);
  • Technology, Media & Telecommunications;
  • Consumer Markets;
  • Energy, Utilities, and Resources; and,
  • Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive (Aerospace and Defense)
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success either in professional consulting services or corporate roles, in the following:
  • Conducting and managing market research and quantitative and qualitative analyses, including the timely synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights and the ability to readily grasp analytical frameworks and employ them effectively to either qualitative or quantitative evidence;
  • Designing portfolio restructuring programs to allow organizations to drive differentiated growth in the market;
  • Understanding of key drivers of profitability and financial resilience, and ability to integrate those drivers into a sustainable strategy;
  • Building productive and collaborative relationships with team members and proactively providing and seeking guidance, clarification and feedback;
  • Managing complex project work streams to a successful conclusion through problem solving global, enterprise-wide strategy issues;
  • Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships; and,
  • Communicating effectively in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats.
