This position is responsible for inputting and correcting numeric information found on checks and deposit slips. Operators may have access to Personal Identification Information (PII) and are expected to adhere to our confidentiality and security policies.
Accountabilities:
Perform 10-key data entry in Deluxe's proprietary software.
Able to meet departmental data entry output and accuracy standards.
Identify and report all client, system, and equipment issues and errors to department leader
Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications :
High School (or equivalent)

Detail Oriented and quality conscious
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Able to adapt to change and learn new processes as the business evolves
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work well independently
Must meet the established Deluxe minimums for accuracy and speed in all applicable areas
Flexible work schedule. Ability to stay late to complete assigned work.

Banking &/or data entry experience helpful
