Job Title: Business Analyst

Project Background The client has requested to add a Senior BA/PM to the team. This person will join the existing team to lead the design and execution of Target State Requirements as part of the Identity and Access Management and Password Management workstreams within the client's project. There is a significant amount of work to complete for each TSR, and the client is looking to add this additional resource, redistribute the work across the team, and have each resource level up as much as possible.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Document scope, design process, and evidence of completion for Target State Requirements (TSR).
  • Serve as security analysts across multiple TSR.
  • Coordinate TSR dependencies with other complementary initiatives and manage dependencies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and partner with the client to develop, document, and improve IAM processes.
  • Drive accountability among project team members, stakeholders, and sponsors.
  • Partner with the client to support completion of requirements documentation, evidence gathering, and change communication.
  • Manage project issues and risks, escalating in a timely manner to the appropriate parties to address decisions needed, the removal of roadblocks and other obstacles or constraints.
  • Provide weekly status reporting to the project manager, presenting a holistic view into milestone tracking, issues/risks, scope and status.
