Come be a part of our team - you'll work with great people, pioneering products and cutting-edge technology.What You'll Bring:The Information Security Architecture Team is responsible for evolution and implementation of our enterprise security strategy in partnership with technology leaders across TransUnion. We work with teams across the organization to:

  • Ensure that TU security platforms and services are designed and implemented to deliver maximum value
  • Consult on, and champion security policies, standards and guidelines
  • Guide EA and project teams on security requirements
  • Support processes that allow TU to evaluate, mitigate, and approve/accept residual risk.
Required Skills:
  • Proven subject matter expertise in Regulatory Compliance and in writing clear Policies, Standards and Guidelines
  • A deep and broad Information Security background
  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience in InfoSec, preferably in Regulatory Compliance, Policy and Standards
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate is able to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Innate curiosity coupled with strong problem solving skills
  • A drive for simplification and automation
  • A consultative approach with proven expertise and ability to influence peers/external business leaders on security matters
  • A broad knowledge base that spans across IT constructs, including software development, hardware, systems administration, and operations
  • Ability to think in terms of Product and Service Delivery, a deep understanding of internal and external customer needs and the ability to design custom strategies and solutions to meet their needs.
We'd Love to See:
  • Certification or demonstrated experience with regulatory certification programs
  • Big picture thinking to understand the implications of proposed policies and standards
  • Demonstrated experience working in and influencing priority decisions
  • 2-3 years of experience in a role with full accountability for large scale implementation in large matrixed organizations
Impact You'll Make:
  • As the subject matter expert for Security Architecture & Engineering you will maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements, trends, best practices and solutions in your scope of expertise
  • You will consult on security policies, standards and guidelines, working to make security requirements clear and accessible
  • You will provide consulting to Enterprise Architecture and to Solutions Architects, providing security requirements for planned projects and methods for meeting those requirements
  • You will consult on or as part of the Enterprise Architecture and Security Architecture review and approval process
  • You will contribute to or be part of the Enterprise Risk Management function, helping to educate stakeholders across TU about risks and helping create and maintain process and tools to allow the business to effectively evaluate and manage risk
