Come be a part of our team - you'll work with great people, pioneering products and cutting-edge technology.This role is a key component of TransUnion's OneTrust eGovernance, Risk and Compliance (eGRC) solution and will be key to implementing the solution, deploying the technology and driving internal adoption. The role requires a strong technical and consultative background and acumen for all things data. This role is extremely important as it's the bridge between the OneTrust platform and internal stakeholders.What You'll Bring:- 3+ years' experience in software development, professional services, solution engineering and/or technical consulting
- Ability to gather detailed technical and functional requirements and implement solutions utilizing integrated data sources
- Proven ability to engage across functional teams
- Experience in de-escalating tough situations to achieve a favorable outcome
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Working knowledge of system integrations including connection types, authentication, and general transformation practices.
- Debugging skills of a complex environment
- Understanding high-level concepts of distributed systems
- Windows Administration skills
- Effective customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills. Proven success in and genuine enthusiasm for working directly with internal customers
- Ability to build relationships across stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in an ever-changing environment
- Knowledge/scripting skills - preferably Bash and Python, Ansible, Linux, firewall, ports
- Basic knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL
- Learn the OneTrust platform
- Assume day-to-day administrative responsibilities for the OneTrust platform
- Learn TransUnion policies and procedures involving the OneTrust platform including: IT & Security Risk Management, Vendor and Third-Party Risk Management, Customer Risk Management, Policy Management
