CMMC 2.0 is Here. The DoW is mandating CMMC Level 2 for contractors handling CUI. The market is huge, but the supply of authorized experts is scarce.
I am the Expert (The "Maker"): A multi-certified cybersecurity professional (CCA, CCP, RP) with a Doctorate and the license to operate.
I am looking for the Partner (The "Manager"): A GovCon veteran who can navigate the DIB, open doors, and manage the business side while I deliver the work.
What I Bring to the Table (The Technical Authority):
I hold the "Golden Tickets" required by the Cyber AB to legally perform this work. I handle 100% of the technical delivery:
Credentials: Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA), Certified CMMC Professional (CCP), Registered Practitioner (RP), plus MSc and Doctorate degrees.
Consulting & Prep: Comprehensive gap analyses, readiness assessments, and full documentation development (SSP, POA&M, Policies) aligned with NIST standards.
Authorized Assessments: I can serve as a Lead Assessor or Team Member for official Level 2 C3PAO engagements.
Local & Global Reach: Based in Chicago but serving clients nationwide and internationally.
What You Bring to the Table (The Business Engine):
You don't need to know how to write an SSP, but you must know how to talk to a manufacturer who needs one.
GovCon Fluency: You know what SPRS, CAGE codes, and RFPs are.
Sales & Network: You have existing relationships in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) or a proven ability to prospect manufacturing/defense clients.
Operations: You can handle contracts, invoicing, and initial client vetting so I can focus on billable deep work.
The Partnership Model:
This is not an administrative assistant role. This is a profit-sharing/commission-based partnership.
You find and close the clients.
I deliver the certified results.
We split the revenue. (Specific equity/commission structure discussed after vetting).
