We have a Web Designing/Mobile Application Development Agency headquartered in California. We provides services like Logo Designing, SEO, SMO and other Graphic Designing services as well. We need a telesales person who can sell our services.
Our existing team members have been with us for between 1 year and 10 years, they choose the hours they can commit to ongoing, for example some deliver 13 hours per week, some deliver more but the maximum is 20 hours per week. The team members are independent contractors.
You'll need
- Experience in business to business telemarketing / telesales experience
- a reliable, flexible and mature approach to the work
- a quiet space at home with broadband internet access
- a good quality headset with microphone to make the calls
- Demonstrate good objection handling skills
- Work well in a fast paced, competitive environment
- Able to work effectively without being micro-managed
We'll provide
- access to our VOIP account to make calls (we pay for all calls)
- continuing support for knowledge transfer and delivering the activity
Key Tasks / Duties:
- Contact professional offices by telephone to promote our products and services
- Explain our products to potential customers
- Deliver scripted sales pitches to the customers
- Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
- Handle customer questions
- Obtain customer information including names and addresses
- Schedule telephone appointments for our sales representatives to talk to prospective customers
- Reach and exceed weekly targets
This is a generous commission only position. Full training and backup will be provided by the company
