This territory is presently under-performing and requires attention but has very strong earning potential for a self-starting individual with ambition and willingness to invest the time.

Successful sales representatives are energetic and personable, have a basic mechanical aptitude, can perform prospecting, and schedule and complete several face-to-face calls every workday. Presentations are made to landscape architects, architects, local governments, schools/colleges, homebuilders, contractors and others in related fields. Daily driving, cold calls, and independent lead generation are required for success.
Compensation is by commission only, so full-time self-motivation is necessary. Experience with commercial architectural product sales preferred.
