Work from Home (1099 Sales)
Looking to partner with an experienced salesperson to develop new business for a commercial/industrial property tax consulting firm. You will share a high percentage for each sold engagement and future expansion. Earning potential is uncapped and can be significant. Ideal opportunity for a person with a Commercial Real Estate Broker background!
You will be part of a valuable business service that reduces the property tax liability for commercial and industrial real estate owners. This role is for an individual who can work from their home office. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, but calls need to be made during normal business hours.
Ideal person will have:
+ A background in commercial real estate desired, but not necessary.
+ An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to self-motivate.
+ Proven ability to open doors and reach decision makers.
+ Professional phone/email etiquette and strong cold calling skills.
+ Prospect, qualify and contact prospective clients.
