Job Description : The Mercer Agency is seeking individuals with strong sales experiences to join the team! Responsibilities will include but not limited to expanding the company's book of business by selling targeted insurance policies to new and existing clients

Responsibilities:
Review and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
Assist in resolving client inquiries and complaints
Grow business thru networking and outsourcing opportunities
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Track and identify areas of improvement
Meet goals and established objectives
Obtain Prosperity and Causality Insurance License
Qualifications:
Skilled in elevated sales and customer service (Insurance experience is favorable)
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Possess a genuine willingness to learn
Be intuitive, resourceful and coachable
Career minded vision
Minimum of 1 year comment to the branch
