- Deep understanding of our core products delivered via APIs, especially as they relate to services/micro-services architectures
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to leverage and build relationships across the organization
- Ability to understand and communicate complex cross-functional initiatives and technologies to business stakeholders (which includes Sales and Partners)
- Ability to clearly articulate business needs and goals to implementation teams to execute on critical business priorities
- Champion the strategic roadmap of our core products based on data driven optimizations to support key initiatives and on-time delivery of commitments to support our Direct and Indirect business
- Develop and prioritize the platform vision and strategy, epic creation, and feature definition within the agile framework
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment throughout the product lifecycle
- Work closely with our business stakeholders to understand and anticipate our business needs in order to prioritize features
- Collaborate with technical owners, product owners to clearly articulate business needs by defining and refining Features
- Serve as the business expert for the Products to our internal and external stakeholders
- Have a deep understanding and ownership of our Product and Platform KPIs and metrics throughout the entire lifecycle
