Even though we're not physically together right now, our goal is to provide you a supportive candidate and new hire experience that will immerse you in our culture and set you up for success at TransUnion.What You'll Bring:- Experience in working with Agile / Scrum work environment as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst: writing user stories, and following the development process through user story acceptance
- Technical aptitude including experience working with API based products, and abilities to speak to product and technical capabilities.
- Practical understanding of Scrum principles and practices
- Experience systematically analyzing problems, drawing relevant conclusions, and devising appropriate courses of action.
- Excellent communication skills and business process knowledge.
- Voice of the business to the team
- Represent capabilities and features at team level in supporting Scrum Framework
- Ensure traceability between requirements to Features to user stories
- Collaborate with solution architect, product manager, and engineering lead to translate requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement.
- Review of test cases against user stories acceptance criteria
- Prioritize the Product Backlog aligned with business priority as communicated by the Product Manager
- Formally accept the user stories once all acceptance criteria are met and demo-ed
- Be a leader during Product Backlog grooming sessions, retrospectives, defect management and project team's release planning sessions
- Use your excellent communication skills to understand technical requests and accurately translate into product features that include benefit hypotheses, outcome hypotheses, and acceptance criteria.
- Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Work with QA and analyze data and test results to ensure integrity is maintained throughout program lifecycle and ensure market and business needs are satisfied.
