- 10-15 years of experience in Software Development
- Proven track record of development process improvement and transformation
- Several years of experience working with AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments
- Several years of experience on modern architectural principles and strategic design of Azure services at scale in a hybrid cloud setting
- Several years of supporting / managing DevSecOps practices at scale leveraging common tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory and SonarQube
- Experience leading teams that focus on process improvement and technical guidance
- Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace/Application Insights/New Relic/Splunk)
- Experience with cross-regional and international teams
- Experience with managing teams of 10+
- Experience engineering solutions for large, complex environments
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience implementing CICD pipelines and DevOps strategies at scale
- Strong analytical & debugging skills - able to differentiate the Infra vs Application related issues
- Hands on experience with build and deployment automation to support complex environment topologies.
- Ability to clearly document and communicate architectural concepts at multiple levels
- Hands on experience with infrastructure monitoring tools both configuration and implementation.
- TOGAF certification
- Lead the team that will design the developer experience for our Hybrid Cloud ecosystem
- Partner with technical leadership across the enterprise to create regular improvement cycle
- Lead efforts associated with improving the developer experience and development maturity at TU
- Ensure that we deploy new systems with best practices and security
- Ensure high quality monitoring coverage to prevent alert fatigue
- Provide technical guidance on solid DevOps practices
- Work with teams to curate improvement roadmap as part of our tech modernization program
- Develop self-service processes and tools interactions for development teams
- Optimize and align service offerings to support strategic direction
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture to drive technical decisions
- Perform technical mentoring across the global technology team related to global Azure Services
