Location: Chicago, IL Description: Our client is currently seeking a QA Analyst
This job will have the following responsibilities- This role will be responsible with managing and maintaining the hardware and software owned by SQM. This will require supporting internal teams as well as interfacing with external teams and vendors like HP on a regular basis. In addition, we would like a resource who is experienced in tool evaluation.
- Experience Level: Mid Level Qualifications: Experience with the following technology: HP ALM- Intermediate level
- HP UFT- Advanced level HP Performance Center- Intermediate level knowledge MS Office Suite- Intermediate level JIRA- Intermediate Level Zephir for Jira- Intermediate Zephyr for JIRA- Intermediate level MS Windows OS- Advanced level MS SharePoint Online- Intermediate level Experience with the following processes: Tool configuration Technical Support Problem Troubleshooting & Solving Test Lab management Reporting HP ALM Administration Software Quality Management Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC Knowledge of: MS Windows OS Administration Network and storage infrastructure Software Virtualization knowledge Nice to Haves: Experience in CA DevTest Windows Batch Scripting UNIX Scripting
