Job Description:
  • Managing the Testing Engagement for customer. Promote the engagement objectives are met including customer satisfaction and SLAs.
  • Planning the Testing Strategy, testing deliverables (Manual/Automation/Performance) and liason between Onshore SME's for SFDC, Cloud and Onshore/Offshore Testing Leads.
  • Guiding the Test Leads, Validation Leads and teams on the objectives of the engagement, ensuring that the objectives are met.
  • Reviewing/Tracking the metrics and SLAs for the engagement.
  • Facilitating the transition activities are done in accordance to the engagement needs.
  • Serving as the escalation point for the Testing team.
  • Responsible and accountable for the financial management and governance aspects of the Testing engagement including timesheets, invoices, SOWs and Change Orders.
  • Being compliant with the Client Training curriculum and Capgemini engagement training curriculum identified for the role.
  • Setting up testing processes necessary to drive the testing engagement.
  • Responsible for overall testing delivery for the engagement.
