Redefining chair rental. Think about a shared office space, right? A large, usually very modern and chic space that many different types of people and businesses can use for whatever they need. It's such a great concept that I decided that we needed it in our industry as well.
My name is Adam Lee Kenney and I created The Studio by Adam Lee Kenney because I needed place that I could go and do my own thing, be my own boss, and not have to worry about doing anything except hair.
The Studio is a shared salon space. You pay rent and everything that the salon space offers is yours. Now, I know what you're thinking. This is exactly like every other salon that rents chairs. But, it's not. Regular chair rentals come with a towel fee, a back bar fee, a color fee, etc WE. DON'T. HAVE. ANY. OF. THAT. Your rent includes everything. Towels, coffee, back bar, refreshments for guests, a facial waxing pot so you can add on nostril waxing to your services. AN ASSISTANT. Yes. That is correct. You will have an assistant every day except Mondays.
Something else that is totally different No contracts. Ever. We never want you to think that you have to stay somewhere that you're not happy. If you're not feeling the vibe, you're brining us all down. And we are not about that. Also, once we agree on a rental price, that is your price. It will never ever go up. That is my promise.
This really is a complete remake of what you think you already know about renting a space. So much so, that I am calling it the first ever of its kind. Everything is done for you. All you have to do is come in, do what you love to do, make tons of money, and go home. We will take care of the rest.
