Job Title: Licensed Massage Therapist - Independent Contractor
Location: Chicago, IL (Prime location between Broadway & Division in Lakeview)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Compensation: $25 per hour for hands-on time

Loree’s Therapeutic Massage is a new, solo black-owned wellness startup building its foundation in the heart of Chicago's vibrant Lakeview neighborhood. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist to join us as an independent contractor. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to grow with a passionate, client-focused business from its beginnings.
We offer the perfect balance: the autonomy of independent contracting with the support of a consistent schedule in a high-traffic, upscale location. Your Schedule & Compensation:
· Set Clinic Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
· Clinic Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM (allows for both afternoon and evening clients).
· Direct Pay Rate: $25 per hour for each hour you have a client on the table. This is your hands-on time.
· Additional Earnings: Keep 100% of your tips.
· Note: As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your time between appointments.

· Client booking and administrative support.
· Prime location with excellent visibility and foot traffic between Broadway and Division.

Requirements:
· Must hold a current and valid Illinois Massage Therapy License.
· Must carry your own professional liability insurance.
· Minimum of 1 year of professional massage experience.
· Proficiency in multiple modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue required; additional modalities a plus).
· Exceptional professionalism, client communication skills, and a commitment to ethical practice.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your schedule effectively.
· Must comply with all local and state regulations for independent contractors.
