Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains security equipment.
Interacts with customers on a daily basis.
Requires 3+ years of field experience.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Ability to draw from prior experience and apply to new systems and concepts.
Shared responsibility of on-call emergency service during weekends and holidays.
Reports to Supervising Lead Technician.
We are a security, fire, life safety, low voltage contractor with a large customer base, the job is fast paced and hectic at times. It requires independent judgment with minimal or no supervision.
