Job Title – Helpdesk Support Analyst

Location – Chicago, IL 60604 (Downtown Chicago, IL)

Duration – 6

+ Months Contract

Tentative Start Date – ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Should have experience as a
IT Support, Helpdesk Support, Desktop Support, Technical Support,
IT Support Technician etc.
Should have experience in
IT Help Desk Services.
Basic skills in
IT, Computer, PC, Software or Hardware installation.
Handling Shipping / Receiving laptops etc.
Able to provide Help with basic Network Connection.
Assist in Receiving / Shipping Laptops / Monitors etc.
