We are currently seeking a talented Level 2 Support Technician to join our client s team onsite at Chicago, IL. This role will involve providing support at a tech table for walk up customers / end users, providing phone and remote support, and assisting with any IT issues within areas of the building.Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Desktop support or Genuis Bar experience required
- A+ certification is required
- Candidate must be committed to obtaining it during the first 90 days of employment if certification is not already had
- Must be proficient in basic networking, imaging PCs, troubleshooting IT equipment (hardware / software), ticket management, audio visual equipment and conferences, data transfers, new hire set up, Windows 10, Office 365
- ServiceNow ticketing experience is a plus
- Must have a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Must have excellent customer service skills
