Looking for a Full time CCTV, Alarm, Access Control Installer / Technician. You will be responsible for the professional installation, configuration, and maintenance of security camera systems, alarm systems and access control setups for our clients. Play a crucial role in the successful implementation and functionality of systems, contributing to the overall security of our client’s premises.

Job Overview:

As a CCTV, Access Control, and Low Voltage Technician at Pro Video Security, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our client's premises. Your primary responsibility will be the installation, configuration, and maintenance of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail to ensure the successful implementation and functionality of surveillance systems.

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain systems according to client specifications and industry standards.

- Conduct on-site surveys to identify optimal camera placements and system requirements.

- Collaborate with clients to help them understand their security needs and offer appropriate solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV systems.

- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure the ongoing functionality of installed systems.

- Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CCTV technology.

- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a low voltage technician or in a similar role.

- Strong technical knowledge of security systems, access control, and low-voltage systems.

- Proficiency in the installation and configuration of CCTV cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.

- Familiarity with network protocols and IP-based surveillance systems.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues.

- Ability to conduct on-site surveys and provide accurate system recommendations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients.

- Detail-oriented, focusing strongly on quality and customer satisfaction.

- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in CCTV or related fields are a plus.

- Holds a valid driver's license and able to use your own vehicle - Mileage reibursed at the maximum rate.
