We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician, and General Labor to join our team to service our property with quality people who are experienced in creating the right environment for our residents. We’re offering more, so we’re looking for more.
All Full-Time Positions - 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. M-F
- Work as part of a team
- Able to Stand, Walk, Reach, Climb, Bend and Kneel
- Able to lift 30 pound frequently and 50+ pounds occasionally
- Dependable

General Labor:
Assist in the general maintenance, cleaning and turn assignment tasks as assigned
Move project materials to jobsite for Maintenance Technicians
Drywall – Painter: Experienced:
Hang, Mud and Tape New Drywall
Patch wall/ceiling damages and cracks
Prime and Paint Interior Apartment Units and Common Areas
Maintenance Technician: Experienced
General Carpentry
Minor Electric, Minor Plumbing, Minor HVAC
Appliance Repair - general
Apartment Turns
Minor/Medium Apartment Remodels
Preventative Maintenance
Tile Installation (Preferred)
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
All applicants must have their own basic tools, reliable transportation and availability to respond immediately to emergency "on call" repairs. Must be a "TEAM player" and have the ability to work diligently and complete projects on time and without direct supervision. Must also have strong interpersonal skills. Be friendly, courteous, and comfortable dealing with difficult situations and personalities. Only applicants with maintenance experience will be considered.

Competitive market-based salary, commensurate with experience
