Description
Creative Designs is seeking an experienced, full-time Maintenance Technician to add to our team. As a Maintenance Technician the work day will consist of hands‐on, daily maintenance duties at the properties.
Responsibilities include:
Maintenance and repairs of apartment units as well as common areas and exterior grounds.
Responding to assigned tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Cleaning common areas and select apartments on unit turns.
Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, lock changes, drywall installation/repair, interior/exterior painting, cleaning, etc.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm).
Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.
Requirements:
Able to work full-time, 5 days per week between Mondays and Saturdays.
Minimum of 3 years' experience.
Plumbing, boiler and electrical knowledge a plus.
Have use of a car. Job requires some off site work
Self-starter who sticks with projects to ensure execution.
Professional and calm when talking to team members and residents.
Very organized and a finisher.
