Looking for 3 Drivers to cover routes for NFI/Trader Joes Routes & some Dry Van DROP & HOOK. HOME DAILY EASY WORK
Monday-Sunday Operation.
4-5 days week of work. $1400-$1700 a week.
Trader Joe's WORK DESCRIPTION:
No more than 300 miles one way, mostly going to Detroit, Michigan area. Pickup loads at Minooka, IL and return to home yard in Alsip, IL Home everyday unless bad weather, breakdown, or accidents, which we will provide accommodations and layover.
Pay scale as follows Loads under 400 miles RT $250. Loads under 500 miles $300, Loads under 600 miles $375. There is detention, layover, and extra pay if there is more than one stop. Usually pickups around around midmornings or at night. Must do light unloading with pallet jack to end of the door of the REEFER.
Must have Illinois Class A CDL license. Insurance will not cover Out of State CDLs. At least 2 years of experience of 48’ to 53’ experience. Clean MVR and PSP. . Knows safety procedures on pre-trip and post-trip. Will be driving 2016 Volvo VNL 670 manual transmission or 2017, 2018, 2019 Volvo VNL automatic transmission . Light loads come back from delivery mostly empty.
