This position is OTR (midwest). We are a 100% Owner Operator Fleet. We are a medium trucking company since 2011, and we are looking for a few qualified Class A CDL Owner Operators for steady and consistent freight, as we have lots of freight and direct customers that we work with daily. Must have a solid driving record, PSP and work history.
Most of our owners are taking home $3200-3500 single, and $5000-6000 as a team a week after all deductions. We provide you with 1 assigned dispatcher for every 5 trucks. We are midwest carrier and service mostly midwest states and our drivers are doing 34 Reset (Friday - Sunday) every weekend at home. Typically we are doing 1 load a day that is about 350-550 mi a day single, and 800-1000 as a team. We keep our average around 2.10/mi empty and loaded miles. Our owners are grossing $5500-6500 single and $8000-10,000 as a team a week, depends on the owner operator and how much they are willing to work. Must be willing to work HARD for this numbers, never complain, trust and work with your dispatcher, and try not to choose loads too much. Its 100 % DRY VAN Freight.
99.9% of the time you will have prebooked loads for next day to make the week running smoothly and ELD legally. NO Forced dispatch here! We hire professional and responsible drivers to do the loads that they accept. Rate confirmation is sent to you after you have accepted the offered load.

Requirements
- 2 years of verifiable over the road experience.
- No more than 2 moving violations.
- Clean PSP and no major inspection violations.
- Smart phone for Log Book APP and Bol's.
- Truck 2000 + must pass DOT.
- Trailer 2010+ must pass DOT.
- Truck and Trailer Plates.
- Physical damage insurance for both.
