Web Experience Specialist - HUM000605

This role is responsible for the management and maintenance of departmental websites such as the Talent Development Center (TDC), Continuous Improvement, and content on the intranet. This includes designing, coding, and modifying websites that are user-friendly and have clear navigation. This role recommends technology solutions to maximize the talent experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain departmental websites such as the TDC and sites on the company's intranet. This includes but is not limited to permissions administration, training users on content management, and monitoring traffic.
  • Lead cross-functional team of content owners to ensure website content is current, relevant, and accurate. Support content owners in making needed updates and/or re-designs.
  • Develop functional and appealing sites. Improve design of existing websites.
  • Design and develop visual imagery for sites, ensuring they are in line with marketing and talent branding guidelines.
  • Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze site traffic and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Lead resolution of system issues, perform scheduled maintenance, release activities and enhancements. Troubleshoots tier 2 end-user system issues.
  • Serve as primary contact with technical teams (e.g., IT, Corporate Communications, etc.) to pursue enhancements and resolve technical issues.
  • Recommend new technology solutions. Assess existing technology and recommend ways to maximize the value of the solution.
  • Support the development and management of the TSOE technology roadmap. Support the evolution of technology platforms and delivery platforms for the TSOE department.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in new and existing software/tools and processes. Provide technical and business consultation to business owners.
  • Manage ongoing communications to users about issue resolution, enhancements, and system maintenance.
  • Create collateral to document and communicate guidelines, processes, and best practices.
  • Maintain data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability by conducting regular audits and implement appropriate remediation.
  • Manage projects as assigned. Develop and manage project deliverables as appropriate.

Job Requirements:
  • 3 years of digital and/or multimedia experience
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Premiere, After Effects)
  • Fluency with web standards and technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Responsive web and email design and familiarity with motion/interactive design and video editing platforms.
  • Solution-focused with ability to envision strategy and implement into behavior-based practice.
  • Experience with content management system such as Oracle.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions.
  • Ability to write communicate effectively; including demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to conduct presentations and facilitate effective meetings.
  • Ability to learn systems/programs independently, adapts to shifting priorities and quickly responds.
  • Ability to travel and work non-traditional work schedules as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with talent development and management program development life cycle and associated processes.
  • Experience with video scripting, recording, editing, and producing. Examples include videos developed using Camtasia or similar software.
