Job Description
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Conduct full cycle recruiting; source, recruit, and retain top talent to fill vacancies.
- In conjunction with the Manager – Talent Acquisition, determine current staffing needs and producing forecasts.
- In conjunction with Marketing, lead employment branding initiatives.
- Discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
- Perform sourcing to fill opened positions and anticipate future needs.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
- Prepare and collect all required paperwork and assist with offer process as needed
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
- Special Projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related curriculum.
- 2+ years’ experience in recruiting required.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting (preferably experience with paraprofessionals / special needs / autism field), sourcing and employment branding is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Applicant tracking Systems (ATS) and databases, preferably SmartRecruiters.
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Must be able to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information. Experience handling such information is required.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to our different centers as needed.
