Job Description

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Conduct full cycle recruiting; source, recruit, and retain top talent to fill vacancies.
  • In conjunction with the Manager – Talent Acquisition, determine current staffing needs and producing forecasts.
  • In conjunction with Marketing, lead employment branding initiatives.
  • Discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
  • Perform sourcing to fill opened positions and anticipate future needs.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
  • Prepare and collect all required paperwork and assist with offer process as needed
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in employee retention and development.
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
  • Special Projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related curriculum.
  • 2+ years’ experience in recruiting required.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting (preferably experience with paraprofessionals / special needs / autism field), sourcing and employment branding is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant tracking Systems (ATS) and databases, preferably SmartRecruiters.
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • Must be able to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information. Experience handling such information is required.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to our different centers as needed.
