Contract Length: 3 months (temp-to-hire)Vendor Payment CoordinatorJob descriptionThe Vendor Payment Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing for Vendor Claim Payments and will report to the Chief Administrative Officer. Responsibilities:
- Review and process invoices.
- Reply to vendor inquiries-investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of inquiries.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Verifies invoices are properly coded and authorized for payment.
- Prepares policies and procedures for the department.
- Coordinates work for the department.
- Must be proficient in excel, with excellent written and verbal communications.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, (bookkeeping).
- Self-starter, attention to detail and works well under pressure with others.
