We are hiring "Maintenance Engineer" for one of our clients. Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Location: Decatur, IL Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description Performed planned/unplanned/emergency preventive maintenance for system and equipment between runs on weekends, and during shutdowns per the equipment maintenance plans Support and participate in operations in progress, along with equipment setups and challenge testing and capping operations Maintain the equipment in a state of readiness to operate In the event of failure, restore equipment to its validated state includes repairs and fit/function challenges Provide technical guidance and monitoring during a run to detect abnormalities or conditions that might lead to failure Provide technical coaching/training for other associates as to how the equipment works including minor troubleshooting when the equipment is not performing as it should Execute change control work related to equipment and systems Request, get approval for, issue, document, complete, and file/process work orders in the work order system in CMMS Support process deviations and non-conformances related equipment, and systems not related to calibration Account for equipment spare parts usage and request procurement for parts consumed Should you be interested, please send me a copy of your resume in Word/PDF format along with the following details ASAP.
