Individual will be directly involved in interviews. Fair amount of the day is spend conducting interviews, prescreens and/or participating in career fairs (virtual). Onsite from day 1.Education: Bachelors DegreeTechnical Skills: Applicant Tracking systems experience. Experience utilizing Resume Databases to source candidates, preferable experience using Indeed and LinkedIn. Workday experience preferred but not required.Soft Skills: Comfortable on the phones establishing relationships.
