Qualifications:College degree or equivalent1-3 years prior work experience in support role.Working knowledge of JDE and Renal Homecare Services and/or Baxter's Center for Service model(s).1-2 years previous Customer Service experience.Proficiency with MS office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel PowerPoint), Tableau, process flow software, and CRM software.Root cause analysisProven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving environment, including the ability to facilitate changes in customer behaviorPrevious experience with EDI and/or e-commerce solutions preferred including knowledge of ANSI X12, XML, HTML, and other languagesHealthcare product distribution desired but not requiredVacancy expired!
