Position: IT Technician / Engineer Location: Deerfield, IL Non Driving Position Must Have:

    • Job Description: As a Field Engineer 3, you will perform activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop & laptop computers, printers, network devices, standard software, and low-end servers at customer sites, and/or depot locations. You will work with and be a part of Baxter's existing Regional Support Service (RSS) team to support refresh activities at the Deerfield and Roundlake corporate campuses and will work under the direction of the existing Manager and adhere to the standard requirements of that team.

    Responsibilities:
    • Active Directory: know what an OU is and how to manage a machine account (add/delete/update) and a user account.
    • zScaler: know what it is and have familiarity with support
    • Okta: know what it is and have familiarity with support
    • Proficiency with Win10
    • Familiarity with remote tools such as Microsoft Configuration Manager or VNC (as examples)
    • Know how to image a machine with miscellaneous tools (i.e. Pxe boot/WIM imaging, Ghost, etc.)
    • Familiarity with software distribution tools such as Marimba or LanDesk
    • Familiarity with the ServiceNow ITSM platform
    • Familiarity with disk encryption such as BitLocker or McAfee
    • Well organized and detail-oriented
    • Excellent customer service skills including being personable and able to communicate well both in written and verbal formats
    • Adheres to professional expectations in a corporate environment in alignment with existing Baxter RSS team policies and processes
    • Comprehensive refresh experience including client scheduling, data transfers and deployment. This is not limited to an automated process, but the manual process of imaging a machine and transferring data manually.
