And we respect those who Make the Hard Call, approaching challenges with care, clarity, and purpose to help move our people and business forward.Position location: Deerfield, IL - Hybrid in office Tuesday - Thursday What you will be doing: Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing US based recruiting team (10), in line with our FBIN Blueprint and behaviors.Provide strategic direction and day-to-day guidance to ensure alignment with business goals and recruiting requirements.Talent Strategy & Execution Design and implement scalable recruiting strategies to attract top talent at all levels across all functional areas.Partner with senior leadership and HR business partners to forecast hiring needs and develop workforce plansDirectly support searches for our executive talent.Bring expertise and insights into recruiting for supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing roles to strengthen our capabilities in these critical areas.Operational Excellence Monitor and optimize recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience), leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and continuously improve processes.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and internal policies.Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with hiring leaders and cross-functional partners to understand talent needs and forecast recruiting requirements to support business growth and success.Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence, while championing employer branding to enhance visibility and attract top-tier candidates.
