Job Description:
Answering 70 inbound calls from patients regarding drug prescription, clinical services, billing inquiries, patients suggestions and complaints
Record and process prescription orders
Collect personal information
Contact pharmacists to alert of any changes
Need to be comfortable in call center environment (metrics)
