Includes analysis, mapping and testing of compensation components/data (job profile, bonus, allowance plans) Provide support of Annual Compensation Review (ACR) including data testing (employee data conversion from Peoplesoft to Workday) May also provide general compensation support in conducting job evaluations and market pricing jobs
Qualifications: Advanced excel and analytical skills (strong focus on robust spreadsheet applications) Knowledge of job and salary structures Strong technical aptitude Familiarity with HR systems (PeopleSoft, Workday and PayFactors is desirable) Experience in system testing, validation, problem resolution, and related documentation Microsoft Office SuiteVacancy expired!
