Role: IAM ArchitectLocation: Deerfield ILFull TimeThe Identity and Access Management (IAM) Enterprise Architect is responsible for working with the customer directly and drive and align customer’s business requirements to technical requirements and roadmap. Responsibilities include documenting business requirements, technical architecture and design. Responsible to take the onsite and offshore team along and deliver for the customer. IAM landscape includes products from Oracle (OAM, OIM, OID), Saviynt, Ping (Ping Federate, Ping ID, Ping Directory), Microsoft (AD, Azure AD) etc.Responsibilities:•Understanding customer requirements and business needs, drive clarity and be the bridge between customer and rest of the team•Maintain alignment and expectations with customer•Prepare and execute an IAM roadmap that meets requirements, including but not limited to security for hybrid cloud deployment, B2B, fine grained access control, policy driven security, SSO, Federation, user provisioning/de-provisioning and access reviews•Architecture and design of end-to-end IAM solutions •Work cohesively with onsite architects and leads working for the customer•Engage with offshore management team for strategies and program management•Work with offshore technical team for delivery excellenceJob Description•Experience: 15-22 years•Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science (or a technical field)•Expert knowledge of Identity Management, Access Management , Directory Services, Privileged identity and access management, Cloud and Hybrid deployments, API Services and security. Expertise in SSO, RBAC, ABAC, SCIM, REST, JIT provisioning, end to end identity life cycle management, B2B, B2C. Good knowledge of products from Oracle (OAM, OIM, OID), Saviynt, Ping (Ping Federate, Ping ID, Ping Directory), Microsoft (AD, Azure AD) etc.•Ability to work with IAM architects / application owners / DevOps teams / Vendors / Project Managers etc.•Hands-on experience developing and deploying large-scale enterprise Identity & Access Management•Knowledge of various governance and audit controls and applicability to IAM services architecture, design, and processes•Demonstrated ability to work across a broad range of technologies to deliver complex solutions•Sound interpersonal skills to manage customer expectations and taking the project teams along is a must•Security certifications like CISSP is a plus
